Replace your blades

I have two Klips to accommodate different strains so I feel I can speak with some authority on the need to replace your blades. The Klip is an amazing shredder with a sharp blade. If you find that you’re pulverizing your herb like a traditional grinder, replace your blade ASAP. Cleaning the blades will help but only for so long…new blades are like a new Klip! Great equipment Works as intended

Hard to grind, easy to spill

I have been using my klip multiple times a day for 9 months, and I will say the ground product is as fluffy as all the reviews said. Unfortunately that's where my praise for this grinder stops. My primary issue with this grinder is the magnets. They are incredibly weak. Once the blade begins to dull, grinding alone takes like 10 min. This is because each time I twist the top with force, the magnets are too weak to hold, and I end up spilling my herbs everywhere. This happens EXTREMELY FREQUENTLY and due to the way the grinder is shaped, there is not a better way to get a handle on it. Also, after maybe 3 months of use, the grinder's blades started to dull significantly. Hoj says that this will happen, but my issue is that for a $180 grinder, I can't afford to change the blades every few months. Due to these issues, I cannot let other people use my grinder. After two separate occasions, with two different friends trying to use my grinder - one has the magnets come undone and the result was a complete spill of what was being ground, and a second occurrence where the tray in the very bottom of the grinder popped off due to weak magnets and LOST 6 months worth of kief. I couldn't t even get mad at either or them because I knew how hard it is to grind compared to a normal grinder. All this to say if you have $180 just laying around and you have additional $45 to waste every few months on blades ($22 for blades and $23 shipping), then you might enjoy this product. But if, like me, you expected a quality product with little maintenance, then I recommend you find a different grinder that isn't the price of premium glassware.

The grinder is now approximately 3 month in use. The euphoria at the beginning has faded now.. Basically it is a decent designed grinder.. The magnetic fasten mechanisms are nice, BUT when you are used to the screw ones, they can be a bit challenging at the beginning... Leading to loss of grindet material, when turned to hard, so that the magnets open.. Besides that, the coloration is rubbing off, at places.. Its a good product, the shipping, communication and replacement of damaged goods works very good.. Five stars for that.. The product has a nice viewable design. The price is bit over rated, considering that it is produced in China and send in a fashionable packaging, which doesn't protect the various levels of the grinder against rubbing or impact during transport.. All in all you can go for it, if you want some nice design or like a special present... If you have money - buy it... If you don't - cheap grinder or even scissor will do..

Amazing

Simply put this device is the gold standard to date on grinders. Maybe for decades until it becomes an electric HOJ. Works so perfectly it will astonish ...thanks Denmark!

Skeptic no nore

I was skeptical at first, after the first use I was sold. For anyone that is debating to buy one, just do it. You won't be dissappointed. It's absolutely worth every penny. Customer service is top notch as well. You can't go wrong.

Love it!

Experienced the pipe first and was so impressed with it I purchased the Klip. Precise and smooth mechanism resulted in fluffy **** with no clumping. Attractive container, and magnets create a secure seal. Excellent product!

What a drudge!" Well, I'm very happy I discovered the klip. Now, slicing my herb for smoking is practically a pleasure, because I know the klip is doing exactly what I want it to do. If your herb is very fresh or damp, it can require a little more effort to slice it, but the klip is worth every minute and every cent. I even bought a spare set of blades to keep on hand.

I haven’t used them yet. They are for eventual replacement when needed.

I wish I had one sooner!

This is the best purchase I have made in years. Love the design and it’s simplicity. Not only does it look good, it will last for years. Solid item and easy to clean. The slicing action keeps the flavour and the high is better too. I cannot recommend enough 11/10! Changes your smoking or vaping experience

HOJ KLIP Blades and KØL Filters: A High-End Experience with Some Drawbacks

The HOJ KLIP Blades are truly impressive, offering exceptional precision and ease of cutting. They are like the Mercedes of grinders, reflecting their high-end quality and price point. However, a drawback is that they tend to get clogged after just a few uses, requiring frequent disassembly and cleaning, which can be quite a hassle. On the other hand, the KØL Filters provide some benefit, but the experience is marred by the pipe's requirement for significant drag to hit properly. Additionally, the filters have a short lifespan, lasting only a few sessions before needing to be replaced. It's also disappointing that they only come in a variety pack, as it would be more convenient to purchase a pack with just the preferred type of filter. Overall, while these products offer premium quality and performance, the maintenance and replacement costs might be a concern for some users.

Beautiful work all

Lemme start by saying. Kief catcher. GAMECHANGER in my local shop metal grinder half of it sticks but this one the material allows you to grab it with ease. Taking apart keeping it clean once a week actually enjoyable as it all comes apart! Amazing bit of kit. I personally wouldn’t use water for cleaning as it’s magnet but says you can anyways brilliant all round
